Cinde Carroll's passion for fitness began at 10 years old with studies in Jujitsu. She enrolled as the only female in an elite Chinese Kenpo school and exhibited such strength and technique her Sensei mandated she begin teaching advanced fitness classes to the upper rank students at the age of 16. She became certified by the Shiatsu Institute of Oriental Medicine. From there, she was unstoppable- moving on to become a ACSM & ACE certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer. Cinde was soon a sought ought trainer, frequently recruited to exclusive health spas and facilities all over Chicago. She honed her skills in corrective exercise, working with professional athletes and rehabing injured patients at the Gadja Sports Medical Center.
In 1988, Cinde relocated to Florida to work as Fitness Director at the world-class Colony Beach and Tennis Resort in Longboat Key. At this point in her career, she sought additional certifications as an ACSM Fitness Leader and an AAHFP Exercise Medical Specialist and Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning Specialist. Her expertise in these areas allowed for Cinde to make her mark nationally as a presenter at New York City's ACSM and Metrosports Magazine Conferences, lecturing on the topic of "Balance and Stability" in 1992. Cinde's interests in Mind-Body wellness resulted further into certification through Stott® Pilates in 2001. She decided to branch out on her own to open CCFIT/Cinde Carroll Fitness & Pilates Studio in 2003, adding certifications in TRX Suspension Training® and Aerial Yoga shortly afterward.
Cinde's journey through GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® methodology began in 2011, with certifications following shortly thereafter. She has since continued her studies to complete certifications in GYROTONIC® Pre/Post Natal Applications and the Level 2 Programs. She was elevated to GYROTONIC® Pretrainer in 2014 and looks forward to evolving her education in these modalities, as she combines it with the knowledge and experience she has attained through over three decades of study.

She has worked with hundreds of clients of all levels and physical ability throughout her lengthy career . Cinde embraces a cooperative approach to physical learning, which is both precise and creative at once. Karen Reynolds - Certified Pilates Instructor
Karen Reynold's journey into fitness began at age 5 in Vermont with skiing and snowboarding. She spent her summers as a child in Cape Cod, where she learned to sail, swim and discovered the endorphin rush of running. She still participates in races for fun and fund raising purposes today.
Karen worked as a dental assistant in her father's practice starting at age 14. She saw the effects first-hand of an unhealthy diet on the teeth and gums and, since she always enjoyed helping others, decided to become a registered dietician. In 1982, she earned her BS in Nutrition from Rochester Institute of Technology, one of the few schools in the country that offered a didactic /clinical learning experience within the 4 years.
Karen found classical Pilates in 2000, seeking relief from injuries and chronic pain compounded from years of rigorous athleticism and a fall on the ice. The relief of pain and rapid increase of her own flexibility led her to become certified through Power Pilates® in 2004. She has since continued her studies in fitness to become an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and an NASM Senior Fitness Specialist in 2015. She is currently working toward certification as an NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and to obtain Nutritionist licensure in the state of Florida. Karen teaches her clients to incorporate Pilates and good nutrition in to their everday lives. Her passion for wellness transpires into coaching, empowering and inspiring people to achieve the most optimal results through fitness and healthy diet.
